When Moz arrived at Thom Hawk’s home to be fostered the puppy was exhausted. The tiny deaf dog “was this scrawny, hairless, weird-looking stray,” says Thom. The first thing the puppy did was sleep for over a day! Soon after, Thom’s three foster dogs began looking after Moz.
Moz joined the other dogs for walks around the neighborhood. While out one day Thom passed by the home of Lauren and her 2-year-old daughter Lillian. Lillian spotted Moz from her window and had to say “hello” to the new rescued pup.
When she met Moz she was instantly smitten. Soon she was taking Moz on walks and hanging out with him.
Lillian and her family also looked after Moz for a few weeks while Thom went out of town on work. That’s when it became crystal clear that Moz wasn’t going to return home with Thom! Thom concludes, “Moz hit the jackpot with these guys” and when you see Lillian and Moz together in the video below we’re sure you’ll agree.
