350-Powered 1959 Chevrolet Corvette

This 1959 Chevrolet Corvette, acquired by the seller in 2012, has undergone significant refurbishment, including a fresh metallic red repaint and the addition of a new beige soft top and square-weave carpets. Power comes from a 350ci V8 engine, enhanced with a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system installed in 2023. The beige interior is complemented by a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission, aluminum intake manifold and cylinder heads, an aluminum radiator, Wilwood disc brakes, dual exhaust with electric cutouts, and a Jim Meyer front suspension kit featuring power rack-and-pinion steering. The modified C1 Corvette is available for sale in California with a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.

The fiberglass body was refinished in 2022, and a replacement beige soft top was added, reportedly made and installed by Al Knoch Interiors. The chrome bumpers were re-plated in 2017, and the dual exhaust pipes exit through the rear bumper corners.

This Corvette rides on 18″ front and 19″ rear polished Foose wheels wrapped in 225/45 and 245/40 Bridgestone Potenza tires. The Jim Meyer front suspension, installed in 2017, includes a Mustang II-style crossmember and power rack-and-pinion steering, while braking is managed by Wilwood four-wheel discs with drilled and slotted rotors.

Inside, the cabin features beige bucket seats, a matching dashboard and door panels, and new square-weave carpets installed in 2023. Additional features include lap belts, a heater, a rearview mirror mounted on the dash, and a Lokar shifter.

The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, tachometer, and gauges for fuel, coolant temperature, battery charge, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer, rebuilt in 2013, shows 7k miles, though total mileage is unknown.

The 350ci V8, reportedly installed in the early 2000s, is fitted with an aluminum intake manifold and cylinder heads, along with a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system added in 2023. The cooling system includes an aluminum radiator with an electric fan. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission and a Positraction limited-slip differential, with Hooker long-tube headers connected to a dual exhaust system featuring electric cutouts.
